Scarlett is a very calm, registered breeding stock paint. Scarlett is suitable for any level rider but can be lazy, so she needs a strong leg. She is fine for a confident rider. Scarlett has a classic Quarter Horse build and would be suitable for western riding as well, but she is not currently trained to neck-rein.
