tex is my bosses horse who asked me to
post him so heres tex at my point of
view. hes a 10 yr old gelging, a pretty
palamino paint, two blue eyes. Gary the
boss always boasts about his big white
horse, who stands at 16 hands tall.In
his earlier years tex was in training
for western and english pleasure a
little bit of jumping. Where he went
thru 1 yr of showing locally. After that
he was just patterned at barrels with a
big dream of running jackpots.
Then
tex turned 4 yrs, and gary was done with
having him trained, he just wanted to
get out and ride him.Over the next 6 yrs
of him life hes just been trail
ridden.Hes been to utah every year for a
5 day cattle drive, overnight in the
backcountry crossing water, jumping
logs, and chasing cows.
So wheather
tex is in town with traffic and streets.
Or racing on the sandy beaches of a lake
always winning 1st place, he will always
take the lead in rain sleet or shine to
where ever you feel like going that day.
And of course hes sound, healthy.
Current on shots including West Nile,
and farrier work. Currently barefoot for
the winter, but usally carries shoes all
spring summer and fall. Bathes, ties,
trailers very nice backing out evry
time, he even clips.
Tex is a
registered APHA gelding with signed
transfers. He has PEPPY SAN BADGER on
his papers
(APHA).
