"Rubber Duck" (barn name) has been a
lesson horse for all the year of 2007.
He is a beautiful medium dapple grey
with black points, mane and tail.
He
has been taken to many trail rides and
civil war re-enactments. He is currently
jumping 2'0 and is one of my student's
favorites. He is now being ridden mainly
by a 12 and 15 year old. He is beginning
to get the idea of collection. An easy
keeper, no lameness issues, and is
healthy and sound. Good feet, barefooted
and has no cracks, chips or tender feet.
Stands well for the farrier, ties,
bathes, loads easy, rides, lunges, loves
to swim, etc...
He is not a spirited
horse and likes to take it easy but he
will move on when you ask. He would be
exellent for both the English or Western
discipline. He has a very clean
throatlatch and is responsive. He is
gentle and laid-back with young people.
UTD neg-coggins, deworming. He has
exeptional correct conformation.
He
is not being ridden much with the winter
months but is the same quiet boy with
every ride. I would keep him but I have
more horses than I need and he is not
getting the attention he used to. He has
a friendly personality and I would love
to see him go to a good home.
