UPDATE: BROKE and SHOWING! Shown at a
Clark Co. fun show, placed 3rd in his
class of two and three year old
performance, did FANTASTIC! I cried I
was so pleased with him, got both canter
leads first try, carried his head low
the whole time and even beat some of the
competition, did I fail to mention all
the competition was three year olds who
had been in training for a year!?!
Whoo, go Henry!
8 people have ridden
him and never found a negative thing to
say about him, he is used to different
riders and saddles. Always uses his
full cheek snaffle bit (and takes it
with a low head, no struggling to get
that bit in his mouth), starting to neck
rein a bit. Cross water and will swim
through the deep stuff, have ridden him
bareback 5 times at the walk and trot,
very balanced and honest. Cross
bridges, can be ridden alone or in a
group. AMAZING for his age.
Ponying on trails, crossing water,
bathing, clipping, loading in trailers,
lunging, this gelding has tons of
experience. Handled by children, not
excitable, wonderfully open minded.
Henry, as he is fondly called, is
starting his training in western
pleasure and HUS, he has fantastic
flat-kneed movement, lovely low
head-set, collected nature, and a level
mind. Henry is flashy with his
red/sorrel color, snow-cap blanket,
three white legs and a blaze. He is the
complete package, not too much color,
but enough to get you noticed. He will
also be a great trail horse with his
hours on the trails ponying along.
14.3H might be small for some, but his
barrel takes up leg length, I am 5'4" in
the shots of him. He deserves the best
of homes and I know I will find one for
him. Please contact me if you are
interested.
