MY HAY CUTTING BILL IS IN - MAKE AN
OFFER!!!
11-year-old QH gelding -
kid-safe and husband-safe. He is truly
broke to death. Trustworthy horse for 4H
or all around shows! 15.3 hands. My old
trainer owned him, and bought him back
from a girl who showed him when she went
to college. I have five and seven year
old daughters who are first learning
about horses. He is fine for them to
ride, but his size is a little big for
them to groom and handle. I found a 15
hand QH who is better for their size.
I am listing him for sale because of the
high hay and feed costs.
I use Buster
as a lesson horse because he is dead
broke. He will free lunge by hand
signals or voice. He can train a
beginner rider or you could show western
pleasure tomorrow. The person in the
picture is a true beginner and did fine.
Buster is very forgiving of poor
posture. He will also side pass and roll
back if you are ready for that level of
work. He is good for lessons because I
can let beginners or advanced riders on
him and they will enjoy themselves.
He has limited vision in one eye, but he
was trained with full vision and does
not act limited in any manner. He does
not spook or shy on that side, and if
you act as if he is not limited, he is
just fine. (One picture shows his right
eye, the effected eye.) Without that
"flaw,” his training level would sell at
$8,000 because he has the slow jog for
shows and knows how to extend etc. I
get requests to lease him out, but I
would rather find someone really
committed.
I am lowering his price
to $2500. IF you ride this horse, you
will love him!
Price: $ 2,300 (OBO)
