She is "horse crazy" and extremely
excited to begin participating in local
shows and parades. We purchased a horse
for her on the assumption she was "dead
broke". And if "dead broke" describes
hi-ho silver I guess she is!She is a
great mare however she has worked cattle
and ran barrels and proved to be too
much for her starter horse.So we opted
to buy a 16 hand paint gelding who is
broke to drive AND ride!!!Although he is
the sweetest horse I've ever met,She
seems to get him stuck in one
gear...REVERSE!What we are looking for
is a sweet spirited,calm and qiet,small
horse(as size seems to be an
intimidating factor),who ould prefer
walking to chasing the wind!Because we
have invested so much in these other two
our spending limit has to stay under
$500.Would also trade 1 or both of them
for the absolute "perfect" horse for
her.Our bay mare is 17 yr,15h,registered
quarter with good bloodlines. The
gelding is 15 yr,16h, gaited sor/wh
paint.Although they are too much horse
for our girl remember she is an extreme
