Penny is a good horse, who is looking for a forever home. We think she was abused as she has a few trust issues. Good project horse for someone with time and patience. Can be ridden, but needs a very experianced rider as she has not been consistantly worked. Owner CANT keep her any more and is just looking for someone to give her a good home.
