Silver Monarch, "Moon", is a six year
old Jockey Club registered Thoroughbred
mare. Moon was bought as off the track
with earnings of over $26k. She has nice
bloodlines going back to Never Bend,
Pleasant Colony, Native Dancer, and War
Admiral. Moon is UTD on shots, coggins,
worming. Sound, healthy, bathes, clips,
hauls, ties, and loads well.
I
purchased her as a hunter/jumper
prospect. She is going lovely under
saddle. She is green but is very
willing to cooperate. Extremely gentle
and sane temperament. She has been
started over cavaletti and ground poles.
Nice long, smooth stride, and beautiful
head carriage. This lady is a gorgeous
head-turner. I believe she will make
the perfect Amateur or Children's hunter
with some more miles on her. Also has a
love for riding in the field in any
condition; probably a great eventer
prospect. Movement would also be lovely
for dressage. This girl could be taken
so many directions!
