Dawn is a 7 year old TB mare. I am
looking for someone to ride her twice a
week at Stonecountry Welsh Farm in Leduc
County where she is boarded. I am
looking for an advanced or very
confident well seated intermediate rider
as Dawn can be temperamental at times
and needs someone to be the boss. She
has had 45 days professional training
but is still green. She does turn on the
forehand and some leg yielding. She has
a somewhat bouncy trot but a very nice
uphill canter. She has been started over
trot poles but does not jump yet. She
needs a rider who can teach and be firm
with her and not give in when she
doesn't want to do something. For the
most part she is well behaved. She is
easy to mount and has been ridden
bareback. Dawn does have lots of energy
and is a real joy to ride. I am asking
for $100 a month, with a guarantee to
ride at least twice a week, but will get
more if I can't make it out and when i
go on holidays. There are no extra
charges on top of the $100 ie. no
farrier vet etc. If you are interested
