Attached are pictures of black RMHA
gelding VBF's Cover Charge (Jubal).
Jubal is learning to pull a cart at Van
Bert Farms in Stanton, Kentucky. You can
see him in person there until July 18th
2008.Jubal is 15 hands, foaled
07/05/2004. Jubal's gait is Classic
Type. Jubal was sired by J. Lee Walker
out of Stone's Cover Girl II by Doc
Holiday. Jubal is confident and gentle
around his body. He loves attention and
comes in from the pasture when called.
He will be four years old on July 5,
2008. He is registered and certified
with RMHA. He is also registered as
Kentucky Mountain and American Gaited.
Jubal is dewormed every other month
using a rotation of products. He
received West Nile, Potomac Horse Fever,
Flu/Rhino, Strangles and Tetanus
vaccines in April. He gets his feet
trimmed/shod every six weeks. Jubal
stands next to mounting blocks downed
trees and ditches for mounting and
dismounting. Jubal will back straight,
side pass and move off your leg. Jubal
crosses streams, walks in water, and is
not afraid to get muddy. He will either
walk accross logs or jump depending on
what you want. Trail riding is his
specality right now. We trail ride in
Indiana at Brown County Park, Hoosier
National Forest, Midwest Trail and
privately owned camps. Jubal bathes and
stands good for the farrier. Jubal loads
in either a slant load or straight load
trailer. He has no bad habits. I keep
him in during the day so he will not sun
bleach. He does have a freeze brand on
his left hip. A musical note, our place
is New "Harmony" Farm. I have never had
such a beautiful horse before. I was
afraid someone might take him while
camping. So, I branded him.
Thanks
for your time,
Beverly Griffith
