This big horse is
one of the smoothest rides you will ever
experience!
He loads and bathes
and stands still for mounting and
saddling.
He is usually good for
fly spray, but sometimes he dances
around a bit...he is not perfect. He is
much better now than a year ago, and
should come around completely with a
little more time.****UPDATES!!!!*** WE
HAVE RIDDEN THIS HORSE ABOUT 10 TIMES IN
THE LAST MONTH AND HE IS JUST FINE FOR
FLY SPRAY NOW... PRACTICE PAYS
OFF!!!
He does not like to be the
lead horse on a trail ride, he gets a
little nervous and prefers to
follow.***UPDATES, HE JUST SLOWS DOWN
AND DOES NOT MOVE AS CONFIDENTLY,
HOWEVER HE WILL CROSS WATER EVEN WHEN
FIRST AND WILL MOVE OUT IF YOU PUSH
HIM**** When he is not the lead horse,
he is mellow and relaxed and really
dependable.... a very easy, very fun
ride!
He has a rocking horse
canter, and his walking/racking gait is
amazingly smooth! Prefer a confident
beginner or someone with a little
experience, but you be the
judge.
HE IS NOT FOR KIDS!!! A
confident teenager could possibly ride
him, but he is absolutely NOT a
babysitter!
We are selling him
because we got him for my mom, who is
5'1" and has a bad leg... she has a lot
of trouble getting up on this BIG horse
and has decided to get something
pony-sized.
Rocky is a
wonderful horse and will make someone an
excellent trail horse! THE PRICE IS
RIGHT!
