has more than one gait. His movement is
not choppy, but rounded and
fluid.
This is one of 5 horses
delivered down from Meyersdale
Pennsylvania due to owners not having
enough hay/pasture and not enough time
to care for. I am unable to locate his
Reg. Paperwork. They are somewhere in
Pennsylvania... :-(
He stands
approx 14.3-15hh and is a true bay with
no markings. He was started under saddle
in May and has had a good 30+ days of
training under saddle.Very willing, and
does not hesitate at Logs, Ditches,
Creeks, and Hills. He has not given me a
bit of trouble, neither with temperement
problems, or timidness. He has accepted
everything I have introduced to him with
perfect ease. Does very well with other
horses also.
First time saddled, he
did not give a buck, a crowhop, not even
a jump or startle.
I can put a
halter and lead on him straight from the
pasture, mount and dismount bareback
without any problems- no pawing,
prancing, crowhopping, bucking bolting
etc. He has been started very well. I
have had him at the walk, two different
gaits, stopping, and
backing.
He is VERY flexible
with the bit, both with turning,
backing, and flexing at the poll. He is
at a low price for his actual value but
I already have 19 horses and am trying
to find a home for him. Priced for a
