Coco is a gentle, very curious and
people loving horse.
I bought her
from a sale barn in the middle of the
winter in Kansas. She was the only horse
there who was well groomed and had all
her feet trimmed. Sadly enough she was
probably the only horse that night, who
didn’t wind up on one of the trucks
towards Mexico.
I do not know where
she grew up at, but she must have had a
good home because she looked fat and
shiny in the middle of the winter and
was even started under saddle. She was
the only horse in her pen and nobody
bothered to show her around the sale
ring.
I couldn’t believe my luck
when I took her home and found out that
she had been started under saddle and
had absolutely no flaw or hole in
her.
I rode her a lot in the last 6
month and I am confident that she can be
ridden by almost anybody. She has a good
foundation and walks, trots, lopes and
stops on a loose rein.
She neck reins
and works off legs nicely.
Her gentle
and willing nature makes her easy to
teach when she isn’t quite sure about
something. She might spook from
something new but she has never offered
to buck.
She is a typical Arabian,
which means that she loves to go forward
and has not shown much interest in
cows.
She has a beautiful long neck
and a very pretty headset under saddle.
She could go western pleasure or
dressage. And she seems to like to
jump.
Like most Arabians, Coco has
good hard feet and is tough and
surefooted on trail.
Coco will grow
up to be a true black beauty. Arabians
typically mature late so she has a
couple of more years to grow that
already long mane and develop her
beautiful head and neck.
She loves
attention and would be happy at a home
where she gets ridden and fooled with a
lot.
She is currently at a guest
ranch in Silverton, Colorado where we
guide trail rides off of her or have
guests ride her. She is very good on
trail, doesn’t spook or hesitate and
seems to enjoy it a lot.
I bought her
with the intention of training and
selling her, that's why she is for
sale.
I just cut her price in
half because I need to sell her within
two weeks (end of August).
This is a
nice nice horse for this money!
