Cookie is a rescue I bought at a sale.
She is a sweet mare with a few problems.
She is a grey and has the malenomas
characteristic of that color. They are
not malignant but do spoil her looks.
She also has a slight limp in a hind leg
but it doesn't appear to hurt her. She
walks, trots, and lopes without any
problem. My two nephews have ridden her
bareback in a large round pen and I have
ridden her lightly down the road both
bareback and with a saddle. Just the
other day, my nephew was riding her
around the yard bareback with just a
halter and lead rope. She would make a
good first horse for someone. I am
asking $150 for her just to recoup some
of the money I spent getting her fat and
I will consider any offer or trade.
