Willard as a yearling bred 2 mares
producing two very quite and easy to
handle fillies.
He has since
been gelded and shows no signs of still
being study. Willard has been started
under saddle and has been rode in a
round pen and outdoor arena. We have
also rode Willard out on the trails and
have gone through water and heavy brush
with no problem. He is very quite and is
coming along very well. Should make an
excellent english prospect and could
excell with jumping. During one off the
first rides he handled a situation that
could have been bad very easily (a small
dog ran into the round pen and under him
barking ond leaned on his legs, it was
a dog he had never seen before and with
only having had a few rides on him he
stood their untill she was caught, which
was impressive). Willard has also gone
to the auction mart and was rode up and
down the alley and moved small bunches
of cattle to get him used to different
sights and sounds.
