I am re-entering horse ownership with
very little experience. I purchased my
beautiful 5 year old green mare about a
year ago with much excitement. After
having her with us for about 3 months my
vet informed me she was pregnant. She
has since delivered and I now have a
mule who turned a year old in June. We
have tried our best to work with him but
have found it is way out of our league.
We have halter broke him and he does
allow us to mess with his feet. I
cannot however work my mare with him
around and we do not have the means to
separate the two.
