***** UPDATED **** We took Black to
our amish friend's this past summer to
be re-started...he was doing great with
him, "super nice horse to work with,
easy going, willing"...BUT......... we
went to check on him 3 weeks later and
found Black in horrible
condition...100lbs.+ under weight, cut
on leg, and nose sideways due to the
fact that he tied his head all the way
down between his legs and left him
(ahhhhhhhhhhh...if I had only
known...poor Black)...... he never a
call to let us know this happened (and
his neighbor has a phone that he COULD
have used), told me "I am making a big
issue out of nothing, he didn't think it
was that bad"....we brought him home
immediately, tended to his leg, got him
on antibiotics, his nose is only a
cosmetic issue, doesn't affect his
performance at all, (teeth are fine, jaw
is fine, nothing other than cartilage).
His leg has since completely healed and
no scar (Thank God)....his nose still
(at the bottom) will slightly turn to
the right. Still kind and willing, but
we are moving. I was going to hire
another trainer to re-start him, but
will sell him for less for someone who
wants a great horse who should make a
top hunter/jumper, event horse...but,
selling as is or will trade for a 2 or 3
horse trailer, 4 x 4 truck with or
without plow (ex. cab), or 4 X 4
quad...OR someone to put new carpet or
flooring in our new home.
He is still
as beautiful as he was, we just had a
major set back this summer... **** PRICE
MAJORLY REDUCED...Asking $2,500 for a
trade OR COME OUT WITH A CASH OFFER AND
TAKE HIM HOME...HE MUST BE SOLD... With
his movement, he will still be a top
Hunter/Jumper contender.

Black" is an ABSOLUTELY
drop dead gorgeous UNRACED TB gelding,
with very clean legs. 100% SOUND AND
VERY VERY KIND...PERSONALITY PLUS. 10++
mover, will clean up in the
Hunter/Jumper ring...he is Black with a
white diamond on his forehead and 1 hind
white sock.. He is extremely fancy with
his LONG, FLAT KNEED, DAISY CUTTER,
FLOATING TROT, DEEP HOCKED, VERY
BALANCED. We were told that he is green
broke we haven't done anything with him,
we took him in as a trade and couldn't
believe how truly nice this gelding was.
Basically has just hung out in a
field most of his life (sound for life
kind of life!). Which is hard to
find!

grandson around the paddocks bareback!!
Without seeing it, I can't say
forsure.
This horse is a for a
serious competitor on a budget or
trainer looking for an outstanding
prospect to train and make $$$$$$$$ on.
He moves nice enough to be competitive
on the A circuit Hunter/Jumpers...even
free jumps on his own! . You can't help
but to stop and look at this horse...he
is amazing and priced to sell...will
consider partial trades and priced to
sell now...AWESOME investment for
someone....he is just waiting for the
training and to go out and kick some
major butt in the show ring...he is
going to go very far in the right
hands.
He has a current 2008 coggins,
5 in 1, worming, triming...SOUND
BAREFOOT WITH GREAT FEET...NOT TYPICAL
