Cinnamon is a great pony with a good
attitude. Does not bite or kick. He is
beautiful and looks more like a small
horse than a pony, he has a nice small
head and beautiful color. He is 46" so a
really good size. Has been ridden in
town and went on a couple of trail
rides. He was broke to ride and drive by
the amish when he was started, but we
have never had him in a harness. My
daughter has ridden him in barrels a few
times and he is very fast(when she can
get him going). My daughter is an
advanced beginner rider and she does
well with him. She rides him all over
the farm, through water, around dogs, no
problem. He is not spooky at all, and
has a good whoa. Easy to tack up, not
cinchy. He jumps on the lead line but we
have never tried it with a rider. He
would make a great barrel pony, or
jumper with some finishing. He also
ponies with another horse well if you
have a rider that needs to be lead. He
is easy to catch, comes running to you,
and very willing. Good for the farrier,
loads easy and bathes, but doesn't like
the clippers! Is always turned out with
our horses and has never been foundered.
My daughter has really enjoyed riding
him, but is moving on to a bigger horse.
We love him and want him to go to a good
home, we just have too many horses and
not enough land.
