Buckwheat AKA Bucky is a four year old
dappled buckskin gelding. He is 14.2 hh
and would be an excellant horse for a
child. He is beginner safe. He has a
great temperment around people and also
around other horses. He is easy to
catch wherever you find him. Bucky has
no bad habits. He is easy to clip,
bath, tack-up, load and handle in
anyway. He stands still for mounting
and dis-mounting. Bucky is gentle and
safe for anyone to ride. He has a
smooth natural gait. He rides on a
losse rein with for problems.
Bucky
has been riden around farm equipment,
ATV's, wildlife and dogs with no
spooking. He is laid back and doesn't
get excited on the trail. Bucky will
follow or lead on the trail. He does
not spook on the trail. He will go
wherever you point him. Bucky has been
trail riden in the Big South Fork. He
will go up and down the steepest slopes,
across deep creeks, over downed trees
and over all types of rough terrain
while being sure footed. Bucky is
traffic safe.
Bucky has a GREAT
disposition and would make an excellant
horse for any rider.
