La Hoagre Aka "SHAKER" is a 5yr old bay
thoroughbred gelding. He resembles a
warmblood than your typical
thoroughbred.
Very gentle & a total
love bug. Clips ties and loads in the
trailer with no hesitation. I can ride
him in a halter & lead rope bareback.
He has great feet & is totally 100%
sound in mind and body. NO VICES.
Just
had ALL vaccinations & wormed July 15th
new shoes August 1st.
lightly raced
& never ran as a 2 year old. We have had
him in our barn since he was 18months
old.
I took him off the track last
winter & put some Dressage training in
to him he reaches into the contact and
listens to your seat.
I also jumped
over cross rails & a small vertical & he
was very willing to do as I asked.
I
have ridden him on trails through water
and over bridges. He is fine in front
behind in the middle or alone.
HE IS
NOT A HOT THOROUGHBRED. Safe for a timid
rider.
He went back into race
training at the track this summer & has
run 4 times this year & is telling me he
does not want to be a racehorse any
longer.
So it is time for him to find
a new home with someone who will love &
show him.
I want him to retire sound
(he is 100% sound and will vet sound)so
I need him to sell ASAP as I need the
stall for a horse that will be racing.
