joyce cumbie / oakley has my horse. he is 16 hands tall gelding, he is sorrel/chestnut in color, he has 2 small white markings, one on forehead and one on his nose. i sold my gelding to this women in june of 2007 and today is august of 2008. she has never made a payment or even tryed to contact me. she says he is in her back yard in a privacy fenced area. i want my horse back and want to know if anyone will come forward and tell me if you have seen her or my horse. please, your help would be greatly appreciated.
