Jed is a wonderful gelding that wants
more attention, he does not get the
riding time he would like. He has lived
with us all his life and at nine years
old he would love to find a home with
people who like to go out on trial rides
and enjoy a good horse’s company. We
just don’t have the time to ride him, I
am in college now and I have several
other horses that take up what little
riding time I can find. Jed… loads,
shoes, clips, baths, hobbles, etc. but
he is a gelding so all he really enjoys
is being around people; it just is not
fair to keep him out on pasture when
someone could be riding him. We are
endurance people and Jed just does not
seem to have motivation to be a
completive long distance racer, although
we have not put the endurance time and
training into him to know for sure. Jed
does like to go out on a trail rides and
he works well in the arena, could ready
for a show in no time.
