"Rowdy" is a gorgeous registered sorrel
gelding, with a blaze and back sock. He
is a laid back, kid-friendly horse.
Rowdy is six years old, and has only
been taken to one show but acted like an
old pro. He isn't spooky, and has been
trail riding around the Mid-South since
he was three. He has a great western
pleasure headset, walk, and trot, and
lope. I'm looking for a barrel horse,
and he just doesn't have the desire to
speed around the arena! In the arena he
is all business, but on the trails he is
so much fun. He would be great for
someone looking to finish out a pleasure
horse, or for kids who just want to play
around in the pasture. Rowdy will also
do well in halter classes, but cannot
show in AQHA halter classes because his
left fore is turned out ever so
slightly. It has never affected him, and
the vet says there will be no future
problems with it. UTD on all shots, will
lift his feet for the farrier, always
stands quietly for the vet and bathing.
Loads like a dream! He was taken to
Natural Horsemanship trainers when he
was four, so he does mostly Clinton
Anderson techniques. I hate that I have
to sell him, he really is a sweetheart,
but he just doesn't have the passion to
run barrels.

Lots of AQHA halter champions, western
pleasure champs. Sire has Poco Bueno,
Wimpy, Showdown (leading AQHA sire), and
Rowdy's grandsire, Sonny Reynold's, is
an AQHA champion, high point western
pleasure stallion, superior western
pleasure horse. His dam has Three Bars
and Miss Black Jacket.
