(AKA Bandit) is a 15.0hh growing to
15.2hh, coming 3 yr old (although he is
built and looks like a 6 yr old), Golden
Buckskin/White Tobiano, Gelding! He is
registered TWHBEA and has an excellent
pedigree that includes: Paint the Town,
Shadows Spotted Alen, Spotted Alen
Again, Suns Evil Boy, Evils Stuntman,
Colortyme, and Buckskin Bandit. A little
history on Bandit, we bought him from
the breeder who bred and raised him. I
guess that everyone does but sometimes
you just know when you have to have one,
right? Well for us when we saw Bandit,
even as a youngster, we knew that we had
to have him, anyone could just feel the
presence that this horse gave off. So
sense we got him, Bandit has been one of
our afternoon, after supper projects for
the past 6 months. He has been a total
pleasure to work with in every aspect of
training! He has picked up and mastered
everything that we have tried to teach
him. He has taken to the trails like a
teenager horse, he handles himself like
a seasoned pro in the show ring and yes
he is just coming 3 yrs old. He has made
many trail rides this spring and rides
great alone or with 100 others. He has a
personality that will make you laugh and
tries to please you in everyway that he
possibly can. Bandit has a gentle face,
a very kind eye, and a big loving heart!
Anyone is sure to love him! He never
fails to capture everyone’s attention
that comes into our barn! We see a lot
of great horses come and go around here
at Adams Horse and Mule Co. but it is
not often that one like Bandit comes
along, and when they do you better seize
the opportunity! He is easy to catch,
clip, bath, tack-up, load, and handle in
anyway. Bandit is very gentle and safe
for a confident beginner to ride. Bandit
will flatfoot walk on a loose rein or he
can move on out if you ask. Bandit has a
very smooth and natural runwalking gait
where he will Shake his Head EVERY step
that he takes!!! He can speed up to
about 12mph in his Racking gait as well.
I have personally shown Bandit at larger
shows in Pleasure classes and he has
done very well. Bandit has had 6 months
of professional gaiting, trail and
bombproof training. He has been ridden
around farm equipment, ATV’s, over large
noisy tarps and has also had guns shot
off of his back. Just like everything we
say about our horses, we have the videos
to prove it, make sure to take a look at
those on our website. No matter where he
goes or what he does, Bandit is not
spooky. On the trails he is always
great! Bandit has been exposed to all
kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey
or other animals like cows or dogs and
will go anywhere that he is asked too.
He has been rode many miles in the
mountains of Eastern Kentucky and
Tennessee and encountered every obstacle
possible on the trail. He will go up or
down even the steepest slopes, across
deep creeks, over downed trees, and over
all types of rough terrain while still
being sure footed. He has been rode in
traffic, and is very traffic safe around
cars, semi, log, and dump trucks. He has
a great personality and a great attitude
about whatever he is asked to do. Trail
ride him Monday through Friday and hit
the show ring on Saturday! Take him home
and he will be your new BABY!!! Feel
