Cadence is a 3 year old American
Warmblood Paint. She is a BIG girl
(still growing) but an absolute sweet
heart. She has VERY bold markings. I
bought her in June and broke her in less
than a week. She is very smart but still
young. She is not spooky and loves the
trails. She is walk/trotting on command
but can get a little behind the leg. She
is learning impulsion and consistency.
She is an A++ mover!!! She
walk/trots/canters on command on the
lunge line. I am looking for someone
with experience (adults please) to 1/2
lease her. I am REALLY busy during the
week and I teach lessons most of the
weekend. Lease includes two free lessons
a month (I teach dressage/eventing) and
free transportation to and from shows.
We are located in Middleboro on 53
acres. We have a sand outdoor ring and
round pen but no indoor. Price reflects
the lack of indoor. We do have access to
one right down the street for a small
fee. $150 a Mo. Please email me for
