Gorgeous private home property with 2 stall barn, hay/feed/tack shed, large hill turn out, white vinyl fencing, 1 stall with in and out paddock, wash rack, riding arena, 1700 acre mountain / street trail park, equestrian center with jumps, dressage, round pen, trail obstacle course. Must be mature, professional, responsible, reliable adult over the age of 21. Must sign a contract / liability waiver & provide references.
