Poca Pride Oakie is a beautiful black reg. American Quarter horse. who is broke to the bone. Very good ground manners and rides great! He has been on weekend trail rides and has been on cattle, working and cutting. Has a white star on face and a left hind half pastern marking. Oakie will make someone a really nice horse, The reason I am selling him is because I bought him for my boyfriend who is getting out of horses and I do not want to winter him. I believe Oakie has some trust issues and I hate to keep juggling him between people. The reasons I say trust issues is that he can be hard to catch so I would like to see someone take him who can keep him up in a stall or small paddock at first so this way he can form a bond. We currently have him in a dry lot working with him on desensitizing and catching daily. He has no vices under saddle, he moves off your legs etc. VERY WILLING to please. Horse boarding in Riner 20 Mins away from VT in USA/Canada

Limited space available. I currently have room for one or two horses in Riner VA off of route 8. It is approx. 20 mins away from Blacksburg VA. You must provide own hay for winter (I have a resource for 4.00/bale) I am going by the rule of thumb 90 bales/horse/winter. Also we can provide the feed for a small additional charge. We have a nice 3 stall barn tack storage, dry lot, and a riding ring with footing. Must have currnent coggins. 115.00 field board/ 165.00 stall board.
