He has been rode many miles in Alabama and has encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain.

He also has a rack around 13mph and no matter how you ride him it is all smooth with excellent control. Champ is suitable for any level of rider and has been used in field trials and trail riding his entire life. He has the experience and trainig and is a honest horse. He is a been there done it kind of horse and when you are riding him it is just another day. Champ has excelent control and he neck reins the very best so you can ride him with one hand. He has a very laid back personality and will do whatever you want with zero fuss. He is very well trained and does everything you would expect on the ground he stands quietly for the farrier, he stands quiet to groom, tack up, wash, fly spray, clip....he does it all. Champ has excellent ground manners and is a pleasure to ride. He has been exposed to cars, ATV's, dogs, turkeys, deers, bikes, ...and he could care less. He loves to get out on the trail and is not the slightest bit spooky when he is out there. If you can sit in the saddle you can ride this gentle horse. Champ is very happy to walk along the trail. He will take his time and let you enjoy all the sights. When it's time to pick it up he will show you his great smooth gait. Champ is smooth from his dog walk, saddle gait to his rocking horse canter. I do not believe in a bombproof horse but champ is close as it gets.
