I am selling her for a friend. Anne has been doing round pen work and does good in the round pen. She knows when you want her to turn and will keep going and will come in when you want her to stop. She rides nice but is just to much for these people. They are needing a kid broke horse and anne just isnt that. She is a barrel horse or pole bending horse. Quick on her feet. Loud color and just a beautiful girl that will get you noticed. She needs to go to an expierenced handler. Anne would also make you a great broodmare and will most likely produce you some nice foals. She would be a barrel racer deluxe. Doesnt like things swinging around her head and can be a bit bull headed at times. Handles great on the ground. Stands, picks up feet, does good for a farrier. I bought lady as a ridable horse. She was great on the trails and slow but great on the barrels. I had her vet checked and he told me it was time for her to retire. She has lost alot of weight when it got hot and is slowly but surely putting her weight back on. I had purchased her under weight. The vet said the only way for her to be ridable again is if she puts on 200 lbs. She is a sweet heart and i dont really want her to go but she is getting bullied around by the other horses. I have 2 hay bales in the pasture and all of them fight over just the one bale. She has her grain specially mixed and soaked. She does better out on grass than she does hay. I would rather see her go to someone that cant ride and wants a horse to love on and cherish. She is a good girl and will go to a good home only. Was only used a few times and is in wonderful shape. I bought it thinking it would work great but i have sold all my short horses and its to heavy for me. I am wanting to go into barrel racing and this saddle just doesnt work for that. It is just sitting in the house now. I paid 800 for it but will take 600 or trade. Make offer will consider anything. It needs to be used not just sitting around. 16 or 17 seat i have never measured. Full quarter horse bars and is a bud sankey saddle. It does need some oil to it to keep it from creaking so bad.
