Nacho behaves very differently with adults (or teenagers) than with small children. He is very calm and patient with young children, but becomes high strung with adults and would not be suitable for an older child or adult who is not experienced enough to handle his energy. Splash is one of our favorite lesson horses. She is affectionate with everyone and is never aggressive. Although she is big, she is extremely gentle. Children as young as four have ridden her. Splash is missing one eye, but it does not affect her. Splash is safe for all levels but can only be worked on the flat. Due to a hip injury, she needs to find a light rider who is content to walk most of the time, with some trotting possible. Will consider reducing fee in exchange for barn work or will trade fee for hay.

Responsibilities would include feeding, turning out/bringing in, blanketing, cleaning stalls, caring for goats, dogs, cats, etc. This could be divided up into several positions, if one person does not want to work every day.
