Chick is a gentle giant, having been bred to race but also enjoying the quiet life. He has been DNA-tested, stands 16h+, and is a well- built chestnut gelding. He stands for farrier / vet, loads, clips, and rides well. He is happy to take it easy but has plenty of get-up-and-go if you ask him to. He has been on the track, but didn't seem to enjoy the races and really likes the wide open spaces best. Great build, nice personality, has been used with kids. Owner needs to find him a new home because she has hip problems and is finding it painful to mount such a big guy at her 5' tall. A great addition to any herd, he does fine in an arena and is happy as a lark on the trails as well. A good home is the paramount factor in this placement, so please contact us if you are interested.
