Pip is a Big 16.1hh Black Ranch Horse. This TB gelding is tall, dark and handsome. He is 15 years old with ranch experience. He is very level headed. Pip side passes and he can even open and close gates! He rides athletic and well trained, responding well to leg and rein and doing flying lead changes. This is a large powerful horse, so we have to recommend an intermediate to a more experienced rider. Pip could truly be a Great Sport Horse! He walks, trots and canters quietly. Laurel is an 18 year old TB Mare that has great ground manners. What a nice mover!! Looks like a great lower level event horse. Who knows maybe a higher level event horse. She is 15.2hh and a beautiful Bay color. She is a well broke mare, so well trained and ready to take you for a ride and have fun while doing it! She is very willing and responsive on the ground and while being ridden, walking, trotting, cantering and happy to be with you. But Laurel has a lot of energy and would be better suited for and intermediate to advanced rider. She needs work on doing exactly what is asked of her but she does not do anything naughty. Some Natural Horsemanship classes would do her wonders. Columbia Basin Equine Rescue has rescued this mare from a feedlot and she safely waits for a loving home.
