beginning June 15, 2008. The lester
barn is concreted with 5 individual
padded stalls, thermostatically controlled
fans, and bucket heaters in cold weather.
11 gently rolling acreas of fenced pasture
with run in sheds and 80x130 riding
ring are included with all boarding.
2 CO-OP boarders maximum includes
hay, grain, pasture, and riding ring use.
Co-op tenants are required to turn out all
horses and clean all barn stalls 3 days
per week.
Co-op board is available for $250/month.
FULL board includes hay, grain, pasture,
riding ring use stall cleaning, turn out/in.
Full board is available for $350/month.
A minimum 6 month contract is required to
board. The first months board plus security
deposit are due at signing.
Boarding does not include farrier, vet, or
supplements or other incidental expenses.
Owners of the farm live on site.
