I have had Odie for about 5 years. He is an excellent barrel horse. He loves to run not only barrels but poles and he loves to go on trail rides. The only time he gets excited is when you point him at the gate and he sees barrels out in the arena. After he runs his race he will walk right out of the gate and calm right back down. He has tons of heart and speed. He runs a 15 - 16 second barrel race, depending on the arena. He also runs a really good pole pattern and he loves to carry the American Flag at grand entries. He is built like a tank but is very gentle inside and outside the arena. Loads right up in a trailer. Will stand for farrier. No bad habits, easy to catch, ties good and saddles good. Odie could be an awesome all around horse, he is a quick learner and loves to please his owner. I am selling him because I had to move and now I can't see or ride him as much as I used to.
