Finicky is a 15 yo Holsteiner X TB dapple grey mare from great jumping bloodlines (un-papered from “Final Pool” and “Legacy”). 16.2hh and solid. Well schooled and responsive, very nice trot. Her own jumping career foreshortened by an OCD condition, Fini has thrown nice big foals that possess the same great traits. Spice is registered with both the Amercian Sportpony and CPOA. A solid (chestnut) POA, she can throw color in her babies if bred to a colored stallion. An incredible temperament, we have used Spice for children's pony rides on our Christmas tree farm. She is a wonderful broodmare and mom, never had a problem foaling or had any health or soundness issues. Strong feet and nice conformation. She bathes, clips, trailers, stands & ties. Spice (and her offspring) have won numerous awards, including the first ID CPOA to earn a CROM. Having earned a CROM in Halter, Spice would make an excellent pony for someone starting out in Pony Club or 4H who wants a totally trustworthy mount that they could show. Our daugther started her both over fences and cross country before outgrowing her. Spice also can move around barrels and poles! If you would prefer, Spice could come bred to a registered New Forest Pony.
