Farrier Brent Sheffer graduated from the Wolverine Farrier School in 2005 and is currently adding new clients to his business. Specializing in shoeing Quarter Horses, Paints, Appaloosas and Thoroughbreds that show on one of the many circuits in Southeastern Michigan , Brent looks forward to working with both the owner and the horse to create a winning team. Brent is a currently a member of the Michigan Horseshoers Association and is training to earn his Certified Farrier level through the American Farrier Association.
“My goal is to create a foot that is properly trimmed and shod in balance with the leg of the horse, which will allow the horse to maintain soundness longer and enable it to perform to its fullest ability.
