Elf is a beautiful little stallion. He was secluded most of his life, and then turned out to breed. When we got him he was a terrible little devil. He still lacks in the social department when it comes to other male horses, but very friendly with people. He is not agressive with people at all. He is still a stallion, and thinks he is a pitt-bull trapped in a chuauaua's body when around other stallions or geldings. He is not good with other horses. He would be excellent for anything if he were gelded. He fears nothing. But enough about his bad qualities, he is very smart. He is being sold as a "Trick Pony." On command, he will lay down, bow down, count, rear up (dance), and talk. If he were gelded, he would also be sutible for riding children, pulling a cart, you name it. -Must see to appreciate- This stallion's call name is Cisco. He is absolutly gorgious. He has four white stockings, and a blaze down his face, with a snow white mane and tail. He also has two baby blue eyes. (Yes, he is a registered AQH.) He has a perfect QH head, and awsome build. Horses off of this line have a lot of cutting and western pleasure potential. His half brother (same father) missed winning national 2 y/o snaffle bit champion by 1 point, but was South Carolina state champion. Cisco had never really been ridden untill about 7 months ago, only bred. He is now riding and is doing awsome. When ridden with mares and geldings he is quite the gentleman. He does not holler or act out. He has a loud lady call in his stall, but once you have your hands on him, he is a kitten. Cisco has a lot of sense and is very smart. Pepsie is a very sweet mare. She is very laid back. I currently use her for a lesson horse on my farm. She is trained to drop her head, give to the bit, side-pass, move her shoulders and yeild her hips, and move her backend and yeild her shoulders. She is ready to move on to another home where she will be used for more than just lessons. She is a wonderful trail horse, and can be trusted with kids. She also has done some barrel raceing. I have done some jumping on her- 1 ft'5 only, and am taking her to local shows for western pleasure. She would be a much better english horse though due to knee action. She has been to the mountians riding and was wonderful. She loads, leads, ties, stands for the farrier, you name it. She has no bad habits. She takes her leads when asked to canter. Very nice mare. Starting up again in spring of 2009, we will be offering Speed Eventing / Horseback Riding Camps. Our camp offers a safe Christian environment for campers to learn responsibility, teamwork, safty, and horsemanship skills. If you have a horse crazy kid, this is a unforgettable summer vacation that they will never forget. Campers can be a beginner to advanced rider. Emphisis of camp is for speed eventing such as barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying, ect. Trail riding is a must! Camp is co-ed and offerd to children ages 10 to 16. Campers can bring their own horses and stay or they can use one of the stables lesson horses. The camp will last from a Monday to the following Sunday. Campers will be staying on premisis all week with their horses. This is a family freindly, Christian environment, and we will ride horses to church the Sunday that camp ends. The Saturday before camp ends, we host a Speed Event/Fun Show open to the public. The Camp cost for Horse and Rider providing their own transport is $300.00 for the week.
