True Blue Classy Gal, True Blue Roan Missouri Fox Trotter For Sale in Indiana
$ 3,500
Classy is a nice gaited trail mare, and although young, has a good head on her shoulders. She has both a foxtrot and a smooth as silk running walk to glide you down the trail. Stays smooth at any speed, all natural gaited with no pacing issues.
She is 15.1, and is in foal to Cast Iron Wizard H for a blue roan or black foal. She is due April of 2009. Please click on my other listings on this site to see Wizard.
Easy to handle, quiet and sensible. UTD on farrier, vaccinations and deworming.
No buck or rear, nice mare to be around, patient and tolerant. We are using her in our lesson horse string. She is easy to ride on the trail, not spooky, walks relaxed on a loose rein and does not try to crowd the horse in front of her. She will ride anywhere in the pack, no kicking issues or wanting to be first in the line.
Crosses creeks, bridges, anything you point her at.
We have others for sale, doing a major downsizing, inquire about other saddle horses and young stock for sale.
SOLD! Wizard's Rhythm and Blue's, Black Missouri Fox Trotter For Sale in Indiana SOLD!
$ 4,000 (OBO)
Rhythm is a super nice young gelding, who I raised from birth out of my favorite mare. If he were a filly he would not be for sale at any price, but we can only have so many, so the geldings must go. He has placed in Ava MO at the Celebration, and has quite a few trail miles on him as well. Crosses creeks, bridges, has been ridden in mostly rugged terrain. Surefooted and sensible. He is not afraid of traffic or dogs. Loads, stands for farrier, can clip his ears without twitching. Easy to catch, only bad habit is a tendency to be mouthy on objects.. water buckets, feed tubs, longe whips ~ anything left on ground is fair game to be dragged away. Gets along well with both mares & geldings, UTD on farrier, vacs, deworming and dentistry. Currently being taught to neck rein & sidepass. His gaits are very pushbutton, and he will perform a dogwalk, animated flatfoot walk, and foxtrot with shake & rhythm. Has a nice canter but does not have a cue for that yet, we've just cantered a bit on the trails. Jumps logs very gracefully, and would probably make a nice elegant hunter hack horse as well. Rhythm would be THE perfect horse for someone switching from Stock breeds to Gaiteds, unlike many gaited horses which have a strong desire to go fast, he is quite slow, has a foxtrot in the 4-6 MPH range. He will also trail ride calmly on a loose rein. Rides well with QH type breeds.

Wizard's Diamond Dazzler, Dark Grey Missouri Fox Trotter For Sale in Indiana
$ 2,200
Dazzle is a nice young gelding, very pretty with his dark grey coloring and beautiful face. He has had 30 days of training with a John Lyons certified trainer. Has some trail experience, not spooky and does a good job. Very calm and laid back disposition, and such a dogged determination to be near you that it can almost be annoying at times. Full brother to "Wizard's Rhythm and Blue's" (see my other ads), but this one has less training so is priced accordingly. Daz will not be a full four years old until October, and would be eligible to show in the Celebration as a 3 year old in 2008. We don't start horses young here, which is why he does not have more training by age 3. He is bred for longevity though~ his dam is 24 years young and still going strong. We delayed his training in order to give him every opportunity to follow in her hoofprints. With his small size and very calm demeanor, Dazzle would make an excellent youth horse with just a tad bit more training. Price will increase with training, btw.

Cast Iron Wizard H., True Black Missouri Fox Trotter For Stud in Indiana
$ 400 (Price is Firm)
Two time world champion performance, also a couple model titles in Western States Celebration, many other reserves and placings. Best known as the sire of calm natured, eager to please offspring that make superb trail mounts. With almost 50 foals on the ground, if you want references from people who own one of his offspring, we can cheerfully oblige you. Wizard is the "real deal", and 100% natural....natural foxtrot with the headshake, ears flopping, teeth clacking, tail bouncing fancy look. These are all traits he passes along to his foals, along with his beautiful head, hard sound feet that can stand up to a lot of barefoot riding, and a temperment to die for. With his pedigree he would have no excuse to be anything less than what he is... check out who his mama was! His sire is nothing to be ashamed of either... Vist our website for more pictures, and if at all possible, call to schedule a visit to the farm. We'll saddle him up let you take him for a spin yourself. Mare care is $5.00 dry/6.00 a day wet. And yes, we DO offer shipped semen. Collection/shipping fee is $250 and you do not need to worry about returning a container. We offer multiple mare discounts, as well as convenient Paypal payment methods, allowing you to use Visa/MC. Thank you for viewing our ad, best of luck in your search for that special stallion, and Happy Foxtrotting!
