Lady, Chestnut Quarter Horse For Sale in New York

Lady loves attention - hugging, petting, brushing, etc. She had 30 days on her as a 3 yr. old and has just been out in pasture since. She scratched her eye a couple years ago and now has a cataract in it. The kids lost interest in horses and we haven't had time to ride her is the ONLY reason she's not been ridden. She is a kind horse and would not intentionally hurt anyone. Email for pics.<br>** Update - Lady will be having her eye surgically removed since she kept re-injuring it this summer. Cloey is sadly being sold due to time restraints, financial reasons & we're moving & have to cut way back on our herd. (we also have 6 big horses for sale) She's a very nice mare, excellent pet, would make a great show prospect, straight legs, excellent conformation, just needs to be taught to stretch out. She has super bloodlines w/Boomerang & Komokos. I've been keeping her tail braided for the past couple of years, it now drags on the ground approx. 2 ft. when unbraided, gorgeous! She has so much personality & would greatly benefit w/one-on-one attention. She's been ground driven several times back in 2006. She was taught to lay down when given a cue, that's how easy she is to train. Cloey must go to a good home w/references, she's been the farm baby since birth, so might have some separation issues at first, an understanding person is a must. She will be going to a trainer for harness soon.
