We hand breed him 90% of the time but he has been pasture bred some and he does good you can leave him running loose with the new born faols and he gets along great. if you keep him in the barn and hand breed him he is very calm and very easy to handle he will park and and wait for you to tell him to mount a mare he is very good natured anyone can handle him . H eshould not be any trouble to get statred back in the saddle if you are wanting a riding horse he was an excellent trail horse when we got him.
