Lacy is an absolutely stunning 8 year old blue roan mare. She has a super sweet personality. She is very refined and feminine looking, yet has a very studly looking mane and forelock, being very long and thick....down past her shoulders. Her head is gorgeous and very shapely. She has a huge stride and great way of moving. Lacy is sired by the great Pride's Main Man, who just recently passed away. She is out of a direct Silver Design mare, making her another very well bred mare with an added bonus of the beautiful blue roan color! She is an excellent trail horse, crossing water and logs, and not being the least bit spooky. She will ride alone and we have also ridden her on big rides up to 1300 horses! She has been ridden from the mountains to the ocean and takes everything in stride. She has an outstanding natural walking gait, complete with headshake and has a true glide ride, probably the smoothest we have ever ridden. She is a true old timey walking horse with a very stocky build. Lacy has had 4 foals, all of which were roans. Lacy is registered and DNA'd with the TWHBEA and has no white markings. She stands out in the crowd and always gets lots of comments on trail rides. We have taken her on many overnight camping trips and will be taking her back to the beach next week for another ride. She loads, clips, shoes, and bathes easily and gets along great with other horses. She is up to date on all shots and coggins and has a brand new set of shoes.
