Francis Farm Presents 11th Annual Fall Auction Saturday October 4, 2008 Horses, Ponies and Tack Welcome Francis Farm Stables 7635 West Highway 11; 5 miles west of Janesville on the corner of Highway 11 and County H (608) 876-6698 Tack starts at 10:00 am with horses to follow at 1:30pm New tack provided by Walmers Tack Shop, Used tack provided by consignment Lunch stand provided on grounds We welcome consignments of horses, ponies, tack, wagons, carts, and other horse related items to be added to the sale. A $15.00 consignment fee on horses and ponies at time of registration with no payback. 7% commission is charged on animals at time of sale. Tack will be 15%. Current original negative coggins required with a copy to leave at desk. Animals that come in from out of state will need health certificates and any other interstate paperwork. NO FAX COPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Terms require all items to be settled for on sale day. Cash or check with photo ID. All bidders must present two forms of ID (one with photo) to obtain a bid number. No exceptions! All guarantees/warranties are between individual buyer and seller. We are not responsible for accidents or theft of unattended property. Wisconsin sales tax will apply. Alcoholic beverages and dogs are not permitted on the premises.
