Cody was used as a trail horse prier to me owning him. (The wife rode a green horse kids or husband rode Cody) Unfortunately however Cody was badly foundered, when his family could no longer take proper care of him they gave him to me. I have spent the past year getting him sound and fit. He is now sound under saddle again however he still needs and may always require special care. (Regular trimming and exercise, not hot feeds only grass hey, hot bars if he is to be rode on hard ground) I am a western instructor and i had planned on keeping him as potential lesson horse but my circumstances have changed and i need to downsize. (i am looking at taking my qh mare on the raining secret and may not be updating my coaching certificate) I am asking an adoption fee of $1000, for this guy but i am very open to offers or trade for show tack, bridle blanket w/ hood, saddle pad.
