Was only used a few times and is in wonderful shape. I bought it thinking it would work great but i have sold all my short horses and its to heavy for me. I am wanting to go into barrel racing and this saddle just doesnt work for that. It is just sitting in the house now. I paid 800 for it but will take 600 or trade. Make offer will consider anything. It needs to be used not just sitting around. 16 or 17 seat i have never measured. Full quarter horse bars and is a bud sankey saddle. It does need some oil to it to keep it from creaking so bad.
